FX Photo Editor is probably the most complete android app in its category, featuring over 110 unique effects that can be easily applied to your photos. The app also has 10 preset themes, real-time opacity setting and the ability to combine multiple effects.

It’s not the most complex photo editing app, but it does its job extremely well.

Everybody knows what’s Photoshop and now it’s available on Android too with some really great features. You can crop, rotate, adjust colors or add a plentiful of effects to your photos and images, while syncing them with your Photoshop.com account.
This app is free, though it requires a SD card for installation, so it might not work for everyone. Photoshop Express also allows you to share your photos through a number of social services and also WiFi, Bluetooth, MMS and more.
