Acer Iconia Tab A110 Specs Officially announced

The recently spotted rumors about the Acer Iconia Tab A110 specs and features have been finally confirmed, so we now have something to rely on. The tablet is looking quite good with performances similar with the Nexus 7 ones, Acer being ready to compete with any other tablet available on the market nowadays. Anyway, we have its specs and features list, though the future price tag and release date is still being unknown. This officially spoken, as an online retail is already offering the Iconia Tab A110 for pre orders, but more about this during the lines from below.

According to our sources, the Acer Iconia Tab A110 specs will include a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 GB of internal storage memory, a front facing 2 MP camera for chatting with your friends (no rear one though) and a 3420 mAh battery. Beside these, the tablet will be featuring a large 7 inch LCD display, the classic Bluetooth, HDMI, WiFi, microSD card slot and the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system above all. As you can see, it is almost as powerful as the Nexus 7 is, the microSD card support being an extra with Acer.

As stated, unfortunately, there isn’t anything official about the Iconia Tab A110 price or future release date yet, but we are expecting a press release to be announced soon. Until then, we managed to find that the ebuyer.com online retail is offering the tablet already, of course for pre orders only. The price used by the retail is £179.98, which seems a little bit too expensive if you ask me. Furthermore, the online retail is giving clues about an October launch date, so finger crosses guys. Remember that these are still rumors, the specs being the only part that has been confirmed by Acer so far.
