Wiped gmail calendar events (not that I've figured out how to sync gmail calendar between HTC one X, Google nexus 7, and pc-based gmail yet), stopped receiving gmail on phone, and stopped syncing Evernote (I can edit notes on tablet and immediately see changes on Evernote on husband's iPhone, but my HTC is in the dark). Thoroughly unimpressed.

Not too impressed either. I tried downloading it 4 times. Each time it completes and then it verifies the download and then it says the download is corrupt. Doesn't offer an option to install it other than OTA.

Based on past experience with 'latest, greatest' updates (update broke wifi AND bluetooth on my HTC Status) I will not be doing this update for at least a month. Especially after reading your comment. I never use HTC Sync.
Check "Settings....Connect to PC.... Default Connection Type". you may be able to set the default connection type to "Disk Drive". I know its there on the stock firmware. You'll have to tell us if the option is still there in the updated firmware. It would be a bit of a pain in thew butt to have to preselect the connection type before plugging it in, but better than using HTC Sync.

Not too impressed. It used to be simple to choose to use my HTC as a USB drive or just charge it - no longer possible. You now have to run HTC Sync Manager or nothing! Has anyone found a way to simplify things again?
