Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update leaks for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100 and Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000

Galaxy Note 10.1 Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

As you might know, Samsung has been working on an Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Galaxy Note 10.1. Fortunately, it seems like the updates are almost ready and the guys from SamMobile managed to get their hands on the leaked firmwares, which seem very stable and can be flashed on the specified devices.

We suppose that Samsung is preparing to release the official update through OTA and Kies sometimes later this month, though if you don’t want to wait, you can easily give it a try right now. Flashing the update doesn’t require you to root your device and it also doesn’t void your warranty, being a stock one.

Both leaks were headed for carriers in India, though any Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100 and Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 device can flash them without any problem. Soon we will probably get custom ROMs based on these firmware versions, as both developers and users are eager to get their hands on Jelly Bean.

We will soon write guides for both devices to help you flash the new Jelly Bean updates. Please stay put and we will guide you through the whole process to make sure you don’t do anything wrong.
