As you might know Asus is already making the debut for its Transformer Pad TF300T, an appealing tablet which comes with some interesting specs on board. The Transformer Pad is coming to offer an alternative for those who want a device that looks and performs like the Transformer Prime but finds the Prime’s price tag too expensive for their taste. So, the TF300T is the budget friendly version of the well-known Asus Prime, the differences between the two tablets being just a few. Anyway, the UK Asus Transformer Pad TF300T release date and price has been announced so for further details read the following lines.

It’s good to see that companies like Asus are thinking in our needs too by deciding to develop a more affordable tablet. Don’t worry, the performances are still high end, well not as high as the Prime ones, but you can’t have it all. The Transformer Pad TF300T specs are including a 10.1 inch WXGA LED Backlight 10 finger multi-touch display, an 8 MP rear facing camera along with a 1.2 MP front facing one, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage included, a NVIDIA Tegra 3 T30L Quad-Core, clocked at 1.2 GHz processor and of course, Google‘s Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system above all.

Now, according to the press release, the UK release date of the Transformer Pad is end of May this year. The exact date will be provided through Facebook if we are to believe the same press release. Only one retail (unknown so far) will receive the table first, the other carriers being able to offer the device only by the end of June. The UK TF300T price tag will be £399; the keyboard dock you see in the image is included in this price.
