You will get a menu, from that select Phone Information
You will find a setting &quot;SMSC&quot;
Refresh it. It is most likely to retrieve the message center number
from your operator. (Or call your operator, and get the message center
number, and then update in this field)Then the problem should be resolved!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[IF nothing is working to update the message center no. on android, just simply take a normal/basic phone like older nokias etc...and insert your android phone sim into it go in the settings and update the message center no. and then reinsert the sim into your android...this worked for me at least.... ]]></description>
