Install CM 10.2 Nightly ROM for the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE I9505

By now you should know the name of Cyanogen quite well as it is the group of people that make and distribute the famous Cyanogen Mod 7 custom firmware for Android running devices. This custom ROM is by far the one that has made it onto to majority of the rooted devices out there, and there are plenty of reasons for it to be the best among the wide variety of custom software available out there. The good news this time is that the group has released the latest version of its software, the Cyanogen Mod 7.2 Release Candidate 1. As with the majority of software products out there, Release Candidate 1 means that they are very, very close to being fully functional and appropriate for day to day use.

The devices which are compatible with this latest creation from the Cyanogen group range from the very low end and cheap smart phones to the high end and expensive range of tablets, so everybody can get a taste of how a custom ROM should look like. Unfortunately for the Android 4.0 ICS fans out there, the 7.2 version of Cyanogen Mod comes as a Gingerbread powered release with only a couple of features ported from the latest edition. This may sound like bad news but keep in mind that some of the older hardware is not capable of running Android 4.0 ICS fluently so all in all this might just be a good thing.

Before you decide to grab the latest version of Cyanogen Mod be sure to read the following. Rooting your device will void your warranty, so if you are not ready to make this step you should not move further.
