CyanogenMod team releases the first Official CM10.1 Nightlies for HTC One XL, One S and EVO 4G LTE

Install CM 11 Nightly ROM for Note 3 Verizon

CyanogenMod 10.1 Nightlies build is now available for HTC One XL, HTC One S and for teh HTC EVO LTE. This is the first version that has been released for this devices and it is an official one. It will bring the CM-customized Android 4.2.1 ROM for these devices.

CM 10.1 Nightly was launched several weeks ago for numerous other devices, while the HTC devices had to wait until the CyanogenMod team managed to create a working build. However, the official CM 10.1 Nightlies for the HTC One X hasn’t been launched and there is no sign that there will be such release. However, since these three HTC models got their variants of the Nightlies build then there is hope for HTC One X also.

The Nightlies build is a ‘beta’ stage of the CM 10.1 and it might contain some errors and bugs, which is why it should be installed only by ROM tinkerers, those users who want to change and test ROMs almost on a daily basis. There is still long before the CM team will finish the work on CyanogenMod 10.1 Nightlies and we will see the final and complete release. After the CM 10.1 Nightlies stage there will be a ‘M Snapshot’ which should be the next phase and then it will move on to ‘Release Candidate’, while the last stage will be the ‘Stable’ one and it will be the final variant of CM 10.1 for HTC devices.

Below you can find the get.cm web pages where you can find the download links for the official CM 10.1 Nightlies:
