HTC ThunderBlot 4G is an LTE-enabled smartphone that was announced by the Taiwanese phone maker in January 2011. ThunderBlot 4G was sold exclusively by Verizon starting March 2011.
HTC ThunderBlot 4G is underpinned by a Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdragon processor with single-core 1 GHz Scorpion CPU and Adreno 205 GPU. It was released pre-loaded with Android 2.2 Froyo and later on upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The terminal also arrives with 768 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, and microSD support up to 32 GB. It has an 8 MP primary camera with autofocus, LED flash, and HD video recording support and a 1.3 MP user-facing camera.
HTC ThunderBlot 4G measures 122 x 66 x 13 mm and has a weight of 164 grams. In terms of connectivity it arrives with LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, hotspot, Bluetooth 2.1, and microUSB 2.0.
The terminal is available in only one color option: Black. The 1,400 mAh battery promises up to 6 and a half hours of talk time.
