Motorola Droid RAZR HD was officially unveiled in September 2012. The smartphone was made available for purchase exclusively through Verizon starting October 2012.
Motorola Droid RAZR HD is splash resistant and it measures 131.9 x 67.9 x 84 mm and has a weight of 146 grams. The display is a Super AMOLED unit that measures 4.7 inches diagonally, while having 720 x 1280 resolution, 312 ppi pixel density, and Gorilla Glass protection.
The smartphone was released with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and it’s upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat. The processing tasks are handled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait CPU and Adreno 225 GPU. The smartphone arrives with 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB storage, and support for microSD cards up to 32 GB.
Motorola Droid RAZR HD packs an 8 MP primary camera with autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, geo-tagging, face detection, and 1080p@30fps video recording support. The secondary camera has 1.3 MP resolution.
