Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus is an upgraded version of the original Galaxy Ace. The former device was announced in January 2012 and it was released on the market in February 2012.
Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus is 114.5 mm tall, 62.5 mm wide, and 11.2 mm thin, while having a weight of 115 grams. The smartphone comes with a TFT display sized 3.65 inches diagonally which has a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels and a pixel density of 158 ppi.
The terminal was launched with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but it can be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It has a Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon chipset with 1 GHz Cortex A5 CPU and Adreno 200 GPU, paired with 512 MB of RAM. Ace Plus also features 3 GB of internal storage and support for microSD cards up to 32 GB.
On the back of the device there’s a 5 MP primary shooter with autofocus, LED flash, and 480p video recording support. The connectivity features include WiFi b/g/n, DLNA, hotspot, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, Stereo FM radio with RDS, and microUSB 2.0. Galaxy Ace Plus is kept alive by a 1,300 mAh battery that promises up to 7 hours 2 minutes of 3G talk time.
