The processing tasks are handled by an Exynos 4412 Quad chipset with quad-core 1.4 Hz Cortex A9 CPU and Mali 400MP4 GPU. It features 2 GB of RAM, 16, 32, or 64 GB of native storage, and microSD support up to 64 GB.

The connectivity features list includes HSPA, WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, infra red port, and microUSB 2.0. The tablet was launched with Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, but it can be upgraded to Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
