Officially announced in December 2011, Samsung Galaxy Y Duos was made available for purchase in February 2012. As its name suggest, the smartphone has support for two SIM cards.
Samsung Galaxy Y Duos integrates a 3.14-inch TFT display with 240 x 320 resolution and a pixel density of 127 ppi. The device is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread out of the box with TouchWiz UI on top and it’s underpinned by a single-core processing core clocked at 823 MHz.
The smartphone features 160 MB storage with support for microSD cards up to 32 GB, 512 MB ROM, and 290 MB RAM. It has a 3.1 MP primary camera with 320@24 fps video recording and no secondary camera.
Samsung Galaxy Y Duos has connectivity features such as WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, FM Radio, GPS, and microUSB 2.0. The 1,300 mAh batter promises up to 9 hours of talk time.
