Samsung Infuse 4G was officially announced by Samsung in January 2011 and it was released on the market in May 2011. Infuse 4G was available exclusively through AT&T’s stores.
The smartphone measures 132 x 71 x 9 and has a weight of 139 grams. It packs a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 480 x 800 resolution, a pixel density of 207 ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
Underneath its case there’s a 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor, paired with 1 GB of RAM. It has 16 GB of internal storage and support for microSD cards up to 32 GB. Samsung Infuse 4G came pre-loaded with Android 2.2 Froyo and it’s upgradable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The terminal is equipped with an 8 MP main camera with autofocus, LED flash, and HD video recording support and a 1.3 MP secondary shooter. In terms of connectivity it arrives with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n; DLNA, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, and microUSB 2.0.
Samsung Infuse 4G features a 1,750 mAh battery that is capable of getting the smartphone through up to 8 hours of talk time.
