Sony Xperia neo V was made available for purchase in October 2011. The Japanese company officially introduced the terminal to the public in August 2011.
Sony Xperia neo V features a 3.7-inch LED-backlit LCD display with scratch-resistant glass, Sony Mobile Bravia Engine technology, a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, and a pixel density of 265 ppi. It’s powered by a Snapdragon SoC based on a Scorpion core clocked at 1 GHz and an Adreno 205 GPU.
The terminal arrives with 512 MB of RAM, 1 GB storage, and microSD support up to 32 GB. It as launched with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread with Timescape UI and it was later upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Sony Xperia neo V sports a 5 MP primary camera with autofocus, LED flash, and HD video recording, and a VGA sensor in the front. In terms of connectivity it arrives with HSPA, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, FM radio with RDS, and microUSB 2.0.
The device is 116 mm tall, 57 mm wide, and 13 mm thin, while weighing in at 126 grams. The battery is a Li-Po 1,500 mAh cell.
