    myself ,jimmy joe.hi there fellows,i am in trouble, i got my moto e for charging for around 10 minutes in mobile switched off mode,and later started it,but it seems i took a little time longer for the switch to on position,now the mobile starts up with the moto logo and later it would be in a frozen moto “m” logo position.i seems to have locked my phone or something bad dont no what ,can u guy’s help.

    Hi I have a quick question I’m not very familiar with the moto 4 but my 3 year old nephew got a hold of my cousins moto & reset it now I’m going 2 do a hard reset but I need 2 no if the number will b lost bcuz my cousin has the easiest number & doesn’t want 2 lose it I’ve done this on my old phone but it was a BlackBerry & I was able 2 keep my same # but I need 2 make sure b4 I do the reset on sum1 else’s phone so can any1 help?

    due to some issue recovery image in my phone is deleted and its not getting switch on. i am unable to install any recovery file.
    please tell me how to install recovery file in switch off mode.. as due to issue is not getting on and m stuck fastboot mode.

    I tried to do a hard reset because when turning in my Moto E it gets stuck with the message “Starting services….”. When I get into the FatsBoot menu, I select the option RECOVERY MODE and the device displays a black screen with an android icon lying down saying “No command”. What is going on?
