Four new Samsung Galaxy S3 colors: Amber Brown, Garnet Red, Sapphire Black and Titanium Grey
Many customers have complained when Samsung only released the Galaxy S3 in Pebble Blue and Marble White, though now the Korean maker is going to release it in four more colors: Amber Brown, Garnet Red, Sapphire Black and Titanium Grey.
Now they might be able to reach customers with all tastes, with the 6 colors. Garnet Red has been already available exclusively at AT&T, though now it will come to all carriers. Also the Sapphire Black has been available on T-Mobile.
As you probably know, Samsung states that it’s inspired by nature and so are the colors used in their flagship device. Once with the announcement of the new colors, Samsung tried to make a story out of every color for marketing purposes, so here’s a summing up.
The Amber Brown has been inspired by the gem that sustains Earth’s secrets. The Garnet Red is inspired by the Almandite Garnet gemstone, thatEgyptians made amulets from. Ancient Indians and Persians used Sapphire Black stones to protect themselves, while the Titanium Grey is a symbol for intelligence, wisdom and futurism.
Unfortunately Samsung didn’t mention any release date for any of the colors, so we can only wait and see when they are ready to launch them. Hopefully they won’t come with the same issues the Pebble Blue came at first.
It will probably take a while until the new colors will reach every carrier, so those who are still waiting for a black or red Galaxy S3 will have to wait a few more months.
