i navigate the cmd to platform tool after
i have written fastboot devices then it gives

then it gives an error

Now, i want to give my newly updated xperia neo v to my niece as a present to her birthday. i thought of doing factory data reset before giving it to her. will it affect the new software? will it not make my phone in trouble? please reply as soon as possible. thank you very much. :)]]></description>
