in cmd process
i navigate the cmd to platform tool after
i have written fastboot devices then it gives

“BX902RF7QB&ZLP fastboot”

after i have type

fastboot flash recovery boot_ne_ics_beta-v1_rc2-zram.img

then it gives an error
