Even though the Stealth Black HTC One is not available for purchase yet, this particular version of the device has been spotted on the websites of two of the main US carriers, namely Sprint and AT&T.
If you visit the online store of AT&T and head to the Stealth Black HTC One you will be informed that the smartphone “is not available in your area”, while Sprint’s page will inform you that the product is not in stock, but will be available soon.
Both mobile operators do offer the HTC One, but only the Glacial White variant. AT&T is selling the 32 GB version as well as the 64 GB one, which is available only at AT&T, while Sprint is selling only the 32 GB model. You can also order the HTC One from T-Mobile, but the carrier is only offering the Glacial Silver version.
However, the color of the smartphone is just a matter of taste, and whether you choose to buy the Stealth Black version or the Glacial White model, you’re going to get one of the best Android based smartphones that exist on the market currently. The HTC One comes with a great design and awesome hardware, and even though HTC had some problems with the Ultrapixel camera, the issue has been fixed with a software update, so there is no need to worry about that.
The HTC One sports a 4.7-inch full HD display that has a pixel density of around 469ppi and it’s protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 2. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage (the 64 GB model being exclusive for AT&T) and 2 GB of RAM. Apart from the mentioned 4 Ultrapixel primary camera, the device also boasts a 2.1 MP shooter in the front.
The HTC One is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon quad-core 600 CPU clocked at 1.7 GHz and by an Adreno 320 GPU. As for the operating system, the handset is running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean that will be further upgraded to Android 4.2.2.
