Do you know how I could downgrade from Android 4.2.2 to 4.0.4 on Galaxy Tab P3100?

i can’t find internal storage in Recovery mode..it was showing only “update from external storage”
and when i tried to install it from external storage then it cannot verify the update package…why???
plzzzz help me plzzzz…

I’ve tried updating to jellybean 4.2.2 in the p3100 but the wifi portable was not work….why?????

As of today, Is this the BEST ROM for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0?
May I know the features of this JB-based CM 10.1 Nightlies ROM compare to STOCK ROM..?
