- Download the PA Toro 4.4 ROM zip file from here.
- Download Gapps for Paranoid Android ROMs from here.
- Move the files on your smartphone after the downloads are complete.

- do not unzip the contents of the zip files.
- Power off the Galaxy Nexus and then boot it into Recovery Mode.
- Create a NANDROID ROM Backup for the OS that is currently installed on your Verizon Galaxy Nexus:
