Samsung can&#039;t release one version of an upgrade and say, &quot;here it is.... take it or leave it..&quot;  And Verizon wants to lock their stuff as much as allowed by law without getting into any anti-trust suits, so the consumer will always be last in their book. (Verizon&#039;s anyway...)  Hell, I&#039;m surprised there&#039;s an Android 4.1.2 popping up leaked that&#039;s not coming out 6 months after everyone else has... Seeing an &quot;official&quot; leaked soft/firmware upgrade by Verizon before anyone else is a shock in and of itself...]]></description>
