If you are looking forward in buying a budget friendly Android powered tablet, but you don’t like the Amazon Kindle Fire and Google Nexus 7 ones, now you can head your attention towards Lenovo’s Ideapad A1107, which has just been released by the Chinese company. We have its specs and features list, so you can make a proper idea about the tablet performances and why not, for deciding whether to buy it or not. As you will see, the price tag is a little bit too expensive, especially if we take a look over the hardware specifications, which are decent but not high end ones.

Lenovo used us lately with several handsets and tablets that are designed to suit the demands of the entry level users, the company being focused in developing low range and budget friendly Android based devices. Lenovo is also popular for its notebooks and other IT products, so we are dealing with a really experienced company. Now, as you can see in the image from above the A1107 tablet is not looking great, its case leaving a plastic made taste. But, the 7 inch display should count more than that as it will offer an improved video experience for the future customers.

The Lenovo Ideapad A1107 specs are including a relatively poor 1 Ghz Texas Instruments 3622 Cortex A8 processor, only 512 MB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage memory and a 3 MP camera on the back. The tablet will feature the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, with a promised Jelly Bean update in the future. Don’t forget the already mentioned 7 inch LED display screen which can provide 16:9 aspect ratio with a maximum resolution of 1200 x 600 pixels. Also, the OS will be optimized by a custom interface, so there will be some extra features too. Of course you will get the classic Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi Fi 802.11 b/g/n and access to Google Play and Lenovo’s own market.

If you like it than you can buy the Lenovo Ideapad A1107 starting from today August 8th, from the Best Buy (click on the link) online website. The tablet price tag is £199.99, a little bit too expensive if you ask me. Anyway, don’t forget to share your opinions and impressions with us and do tell us if you want to get the Ideapad A1107 or you rather choose something else.
