LG has announced that the G6 will be going on sale in most markets across Europe on the 24th of this month. In addition to retailers, the flagship handset will be sold by major European carriers such as Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, and Telefonica. The markets where the G6 goes on sale starting next Monday include the UK, Germany, Sweden, France, and Finland.
In a few markets such as Germany, Romania, and Spain, LG is throwing in the K8 (2017) mid-range smartphone along with the G6. In Germany, the deal is being offered by online retailer Saturn.de, which has the G6 listed for 749 EUR. Anyone who orders the G6 from the retailer will be receiving the free K8 (2017) on or before May 15th.
Customers in Spain can get a gray LG G6 from Orange.es for 749 EUR and receive a titan K8 (2017). If you do not wish to purchase the handset outright, you can get it on an installment plan as well by paying 22.90 EUR per month. If you are already an Orange customer, you can get the G6 at a discounted rate of 20.90 EUR monthly. The carrier is offering a similar deal in Romania as well. However, in Romania the Black LG G6 with a free K8 (2017) is available for a lower price tag of 719 EUR. The promotion will last until the 7th of May, so if you are interested in the G6, we definitely recommend placing your order soon so you can get a free K8 (2017).
Announced earlier this year, the K8 (2017) features a 5.0-inch 720 x 1280 HD resolution IPS display and runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core SoC clocked at 1.4 GHz. It also includes 1.5 GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, 13MP rear camera with an LED flash, 5MP selfie camera, and a 2500mAh capacity battery. On the software front, the K8 (2017) boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, with LG’s custom Android skin running on top.
