Are they going to fix the Google voice for the ear piece it won’t recognize ANY NAME I SAY IT WILL SAY A NAME THATS NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME ITS A JOKE! an update should be BETTER 4.1.2 WAS A DOWNGRADE

Thanks for the info on VZW and Motorola – I received the Upgrade to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 over Christmas holidays via my home WiFi. Install was complete, however, now receiving a message at each startup that: Process Com.Motorola.VZW,VMM – “program has stopped working”. Your phone freezes up until you press O.K.
Verizon has not been able to help, Motorola has not helped – both say “It’s a Google Problem”… try having a problem corrected by Google. You can not truly contact or obtain any support from Google. Very frustrating, especially when its not your fault. Can not find an answer yet!

My moms raze got the ota update working fine. So I pulled the update from xda developers and did the install from SD card everything working fine

Mine started the update then recieved an error message that the download failed. Now when I go to check for updates it never does anything other than keeps saying checking for update. Doesnt say it is up to date. Could that be motorola causing that when they pulled the update?

This is one of dozens of articles I’ve found with incorrect (or outdated) information regarding this update. People really need to get their facts straight before publishing this stuff, especially if they are publishing it DAYS after it actually happened.

Gets your facts straight. I straight up downloaded 4.1.2 on Christmas Eve. Running like a charm. No issues. Downloaded the Razr M/ Maxx HD launcher with the circles widget. So nice

I got pushed the update Xmas eve. Just woke up and it was downloading. The update was successfully installed also.
