If you are thinking that a mid-range smartphone is more suitable with your needs, and you rather choose an affordable handset than spending all of your money on the latest high end devices available on the market, then I recommend you to consider the Motorola Razr i. Three UK just released the phone and those who are interested can anytime order one for free, on a new two year contract.
The Motorola Razr i has been released for the first time last year on October, so we are dealing with an relatively outdated Android based device, though its specs and features are decent to high end. Anyway, Three UK decided to launch the Razr i only now for aiming the entry level customers, so better late than never if you ask me. Of course, you can choose other budget friendly handsets that are more up to date than the improved version of the Razr M (actually the Razr is the M but with a different – Intel – CPU) anytime now, therefore it is up to you.
The Razr i comes with a 4.3 inch display, 8 GB of internal storage, 1 GB of RAM, an 8 MP camera on the back along with a VGA front facing one, an Intel Atom Z2460 processor clocked at 2 GHz and with Android OS, with Jelly Bean 4.1 pre-installed. It is a decent handset on which you can safely run all the apps from Google Play and if you root or update it with a custom ROM, then you will surely be satisfied by its performances and capabilities.
Now, as mentioned Three UK just released the smartphone; if you want to get it, then you should know that the Razr i is offered for free on a new agreement starting at £17 per month (which will offer you 250 MB, 100 minutes and 5.000 texts), or for £249.99 if you want to stay off-contract.
That was all for now; do tell us if you are interested in getting the Motorola Razr I, or you rather choose a more powerful and appealing device, like the HTC One, Galaxy S4, or Sony Xperia Z.
