Motorola to release Droid RAZR HD and Droid M on September 5
Motorola and Verizon are going to hold an event on September 5, when a couple of devices are rumored to be released. Motorola Droid RAZR HD and Droid M will probably get released at the event, one being their flagship device, while the other will probably be smaller, as its name suggests ( M from mini ).
The Motorola Droid RAZR HD will definitely be their flagship device, featuring a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, a 4.6-inch display, Android 4.0 ICS, 8MP camera and a 2,530 mAh battery. Unfortunately it won’t come with Jelly Bean out of the box, though it will probably get updated soon after the launch.
The Droid M will probably feature a 1.5Ghz dual-core CPU, 1196×720 pixels resolution and Kevlar case. Unfortunately there aren’t more information about it, though we will find out soon, at their event on September 5.
Motorola’s current devices aren’t selling very well, as they are quire aged, in comparison with their competitors, and their market share is declining. Hopefully for them, the new releases will help their struggle to grab a bigger slice of the market share.
