I will definitely update 4.4.2 KitKat version on my one year old Galaxy S4 after I
fully charged it on my qi charger that I purchased from Amazon by CHOETECH at
much reasonable price along with features like wide charging base and No
annoying magnets to align or secret spots to find in order to charge my device.
The wireless charging pad is Qi standard, I can charge any Qi-enabled device.
There is a Light indicator to show charging status.

Installed 4.4.2 on my Galaxy S4 yesterday, but other than a change in the notifications bar and a few new apps it added, none of the other changes are visible in the phone, keyboard, etc. Ideas?

Does anyone know how to update my Verizon Galaxy S4 to the newest update ? I have unlocked to T-Mobile and when I go to software update it tells me it’s unavailable ….. so what should I do ??? Verizon tells me to reset the phone.

I did the upgrade last week, and my Galaxy S4 battery life seems to be horrible now!! I mean in my opinion it was never “GREAT” but now its just downright awful. Also, every time I use the task manager to clear the memory (RAM) it closes 40+ apps. It never did that before, usually about 20 apps. I am not an “expert’ with this phone, but I did turn off several apps that I do not use, or do not use very often, but it hasn’t changed anything. any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I got the new update as well and the battery life on the phone now is terrible. I used to go the whole day without having to charge the phone, and now after the update, I have to charge the phone 3 times a day without even using it!!!!
