Official Nexus 7 2013 Flip Case Up for Grabs in Google Play Store for $50

Google has just released the first official flip case for the new Nexus 7 2013 and made it available for purchase via Play Store.

The freshly launched flip case for Nexus 7 2013 is available in gray/blue, gray/red, black and white/red. What’s even cooler about the case is that you can use it as a kickstand with two different angles, being pretty versatile allowing you to position your tablet for watching a movie or TV show or typing.

Unfortunately the new accessory is pretty expensive: $50. In fact you will have to pay $57.48 after you add in taxes and Google’s Saver shipping. But is it the new filp case for Nexus 7 2013 really worth fifty bucks? Some would say yes, others would say no.

If you’re the official products type of guy then the new cover is perfect for you. You won’t have to worry that it doesn’t fit your device and it is definitely more attractive and useful than the Nexus 7 official sleeve that has a price of $30.

If you don’t care using a 3rd party case for your Nexus then be sure to find a lot of other similar products with the same functionality but at a lower price. For example, on Amazon.com you will find Nexus 7 2013-compatible flip-cover cases for less than $15, with Poetic Slimline Case, MoKo folding cover case and the rooCase Dual-View Folio Case among them, all three having high ratings, as well.

The official flip case for Nexus 7 2013 can be found in Google Play for $50 and, for the time being, it’s still in stock. Is the new case a yey or a ney?
