The One Max is HTC’s phablet for 2013 and if some of you didn’t purchase it because of its silver body, hear that a red variant of the handset is on its way. Or at least that’s what a recently leaked photo suggests.
The Red HTC One Max was spotted in a promotional material from Far EasTone Taiwanese carrier, thus if the phabet debuts in Taiwan there are high chances to see it hit other markets, as well. Aside from the color, the technical specifications of the Red HTC One Max will be the same as ones of the Silver model: 5.9-inch 1080p screen, Snapdragon 600 processor, 2 GB RAM, 4 MP UltraPixel camera, 16/32 GB storage, and microSD slot.
Even though there’s word from HTC about the Red One Max, you shouldn’t be surprised to see it hit the market, given that the Taiwanese phone maker is offering both the HTC One and HTC One Mini in multiple colors. Moreover, it’s a common thing for the smartphone manufacturers to release new color versions of a device throughout its live, as they are meant to boost sales.
For the time being we can’t know when the Red HTC One Max will be officially announced or whether even more color options will become available in the near future. Furthermore, we can’t even confirm that the red variant of the HTC market will be sold outside Taiwan.
