Followed the tutorial to step 8. My Xperia S now appears to be in some form of Clockwork mod loop. I can’t get the phone into any other mode. Any ideas?

i cant get to the recovery menu,i mean how can i reach it?…and when i type enter in the cmd it says “is not recongnised” :S plz help
