bigger screen
more memory
more ram
better battery
and as for the camera videos look horrible using the XPERIA  U you you can see lots of artifacting and pixelation

		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t understand why Xperia U lost, actualy it lost only in: no microSD, little worse battery, and less RAM. Sony Xperia U have: faster processor, better camera, better display (little smaller), it will have newer Android (ICS), and it really looks better. There are other disatvantages and advantages of both phones, but in my opinion still Sony Xperia U should win.]]></description>
