And why not compare it to something that came out 5 months ago? But wait and compare it to something that will be out in 7 months? Something tells me Samsung wont be comparing its Note 3 with a phone Sony will be releasing 7 months later!

the only thing that i dont like about sony z is when the battery draind and it already broken u cannot be able change the battery coz its built in, unless u can go to the technician, the second thing is. i dont like the looks of it, it looks like iphone. nor note 2 can.,. the point is, how it looks,comf’table, and fashionable it is ryt?. it doesnt matter how good operating system ur using today. because we all know that most of the smart phone today is be able to upgrade into another OS. just a suggestion nothing personal/…. agree disagree guys?

btw, apart from the ram and the nfc stuff you missed out, you should also consider price. I am biased against Samsung but I have to admit note is a hell of a lot cheaper.

I think it a decent comparison. I mean, Note 2 was out last year. Why compared a last year phone with this year? Wait for Note 3 (Which will release between July and September) and try to compare it! Note 2, even original Note is still unique because of the capabilities of the spen along with unique features that no other android phones/tablets have/had.

Samsung is still my favorite and some people here think they are overrated. They may be overrated, but they bring out innovative features, Apple don’t.

Sony Xperia Z may have a nice specs, but I want to see something unique, not just a regular phones with better specs. That when the Note 2 came in, and Note 2 is a clear winner to me…in my opinion.

Sony makes one of the best camera sensors in the imaging industry, hands down. Nikon D600 houses a Sony sensor. The NEX line of MILCs also have superb image quality compared to their competition. Sony NEX cameras beats Samsung NX cameras any day.
