AT&T has officially revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear release dates have been scheduled for October 4th, when the two handsets introduced by the Korean company early September, will become available for purchase in the online and physical stores of the US carrier.
If you want to be among the first to get their hands on the Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy Gear, you would probably be glad to hear that AT&T will start receiving pre-orders for both devices starting October 2, leaving only two days between the pre-order and shipping dates.
You’ve probably heard that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will cost $299.99 after signing a two-year agreement with AT&T. On the other hand the Galaxy Gear smartwatch will be priced $299.
In case you missed the tech news over the past month, you might want to hear that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 boasts about a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display and a mighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset based on four Krait 400 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and an Adreno 330 GPU.
The Samsung phablet also comes with 3 GB of RAM, 32/64 GB of internal storage, and support for microSD cards, while the faux-leather back case accommodates a 13 MP camera with autofocus, LED flash, 4K video recording, and support for slow-motion 1080p@60fps video capture.
As you’ve probably guessed, the Galaxy Note 3 sports all the connectivity features worthy of a modern smartphone, including 4G LTE, all standards of WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, infra red port, and microUSB 3.0.
