We didn’t try that, but you should perform a backup and try flashing it. If it doesn’t work fine, you can restore.

Unfortunately no RAM manager can help you. Hopefully the CM team will fix it soon, as currently all JB ROMs for the Note have this issue.

Yeah I’ve had those random reboots as well I thought it was just my phone because my wife’s stock i717 note does it. Now it makes sense that its running out of ram. Is there a ram manager we can download that will fix this?

I flashed the cm10 from quincycat and I love it! I have had no issues at all so far after a week. Just curious can I just flash the nightlies right over this ROM with out full wipe?

I have been using custom Jelly Bean ROMs for a while now and have continually had the problem with random reboots. Thank you for finally answering my question of “WHY” this is happening. I didn’t know it was running out of RAM throughout the day.

Will the stable build eliminate this problem of random reboots?? It has been very stressful. Reboots during phone calls, reboots when taking notes in class causing me to lose unsaved notes… Yeah I really hope the stable build doesn’t have this problem because it is the ONLY problem I have come across in CM10. But it is a big one.
