Samsung Galaxy S3 official LF2 Android 4.0.4 update released

Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 LF2 official update

Samsung Galaxy S3 has been released two weeks ago and it already received an update. Currently the update seems to be available only for the unlocked UK version, though it might come to the others soon.

It seems like  the update comes with stability improvements, but Samsung didn’t specify more exactly what does it do. The update comes with the LF2 radio, kernel and CSC and we will let you know how to manually update it through Odin as soon as we get our hands on it, so you don’t have to wait for Samsung to release it in your area.

The update reads: PDA: LF2 / PHONE: LF2 / CSC: LF2. Once we get our hands on it and flash it on our Galaxy S3 we will let you know what differences we notice, though the original ROM actually works very well, especially compared to the ones on the Galaxy S2 and Note, which still have bugs after numerous updates.

So if you have an unlocked Galaxy S3 i9300 in the UK, make sure to check for updates either OTA or in Kies, because you might be lucky.
