Samsung Galaxy S4 Release Date in Canada Is April 27, Now Up for Pre-order

Now it’s officially official: the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date in Canada is set for April 27th. How do we know it? Well, the Canadian division of Samsung Mobile twitted this afternoon that the “Galaxy S4 begins arriving April 27th.” Let’s have a look at the carriers that will have the Samsung Galaxy S4 in stocks as of April 27 and which will be the price of the new flagship smartphone of the South Korean phone maker.

As I mentioned above Samsung Galaxy S4 release date for Canada was set for April 27th and four carriers will have it in their stocks as of then: Bell, Telus, Virgin and Rogers. If you want to be among the first to get your hands on the Samsung Galaxy S4, learn that all four Canadian carriers mentioned above are already receiving pre-orders for it.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a price tag of $199 CAD, but you will also have to sign a three-year agreement with Bell, Telus, Virgin or Rogers. Of course, we are talking about the 16 GB model, which will also be available in both with and black liveries at all four carriers.

I guess each network operator will try to attract customers and will probably give away small benefits with it. For example, if you will get the Samsung Galaxy S4 from Telus you will also receive 6 months of free Rdio access. Moreover, the same carrier says that if you are among the first to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S4 from them you will get the terminal a weak ahead of the store availability, meaning that the postman will ring at your door on April 20th.

In case you were wondering why should you sign a three-year agreement with Bell, Telus, Virgin or Rogers and pay $199 CAD, I remind you that the Samsung Galaxy S4 sports a 5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display and that it comes with Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 600 chipset based on four Krait 300 cores clocked at 1.9 GHz and boasting an Adreno 320 GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 also comes with 2 GB of RAM and all the connectivity features worthy of a high-end smartphone like: 4G LTE, HSPA+, all standards of WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC chip, IR blaster, and microUSB 2.1. The new Samsung flagship also sports a features-packed 13 megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD video recording support.

Will you purchase the Samsung Galaxy S4 from one of the four aforementioned Canadian carriers? Please tell us in the comments section.
