Sony Xperia Z Release Dates for Ireland, Finland and Australia Officially Announced

If you want to get a new high end device but you still don’t know which handset to choose, I might say that the Xperia Z might be the best smartphone, of course if its price is not a problem for you. Furthermore, if last month the Xperia Z was only presented to the audience, now Sony is slowly preparing its release for several markets (besides Americans if you were wondering).

The recent and latest official announcements are offering important info related to the Sony Xperia Z release dates and pricing offers for Ireland, Finland and Australia, so if you want to learn more about the same check the following lines, where you will be able to find all the details needed.

The Ireland and Finland customers are the luckily ones, as the Xperia Z will be launched this month, on February 28th, while the Australian customers will receive the handset only in March.

Furthermore, in Ireland, O2 will be the first carrier to carry the smartphone (the other retails had declared – Three included – that they will be selling the phone on March), but you should know that the pre orders have been already closed due to lack of stock, so probably you will not be able to get the Xperia Z right on February 28th.
The pricing offers for Ireland will be starting at €189 ($252) for the contract devices, while the SIM free Sony Xperia Z handsets will be offered for €579 ($772).

On the other hand, the Finland users will be able to buy the Sony Xperia Z on the same date (February 28th), but the pricing offers are being given only for the unlocked devices. Therefore, Gigantti and then Verkkokauppa will launch the Z for €740 and €730 ($985 and $973).

The Australian customers should also get excited, as the Xperia Z will be coming to them through Telstra, Optus and Vodafone, but only on late March. In Australia, the contract-free Xperia Z price is set to start around the AU $700 mark. That’s not all; the same announcement is stating that the Australian users will be able to buy the Xperia ZL too, but no sooner than April though.

Well, there you have it; now we know almost everything about the Sony Xperia Z future availably, beside US, so what do you say, are you interested in getting this highly appreciated Android powered handset or its price tag is too expensive for you?
