If you thought that ZTE is taking a time out for this year then you were mistaking, as the Chinese company is preparing something big for its fans and future customers. We were able to learn about this thanks to a leaked document from Sprint, where we could see that the ZTE Flash LTE handset is being prepared for an soon to come release. The device is quite impressive, but more details about its specs, features and official release date (through Sprint of course) can be checked out during the following lines.
So far, the looks of the phone are somehow unknown, as the up-displayed image is all we could find. It’s hard to say whether or not the Flash will be an appealing smartphone, though it will not be a surprise for us if the phone will be similar in design with devices more popular, like the Samsung Galaxy S3 or the Apple iPhone 4S. Anyway, what interest us the most is the performances and not the looks so, let’s see what is under the hood. First of all, the Sprint ZTE Flash will be a 4G LTE handset therefore you will get an improved internet and browsing experience.
On the other side, the Sprint Flash specs and features will include a large 4.5 inch IPS HD display (Gorilla Glass included), a dual core 1.5 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8GB of internal storage memory installed, an impressive 12.6 MP rear facing camera with LED flash and auto focus for 1080p HD video recording and a 1780 mAh battery. The operating system will be Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the Jelly Bean being promised as a future update. So we have a decent to high end smartphone to be launched by Sprint and ZTE, hopefully, under an affordable price tag.
From what we know, the Sprint ZTE Flash LTE official release date will be on October 14, this year. That’s all we know until now, the price and other aspects being expected by all of us. Stay close for fresh news, or head to Sprint and ask for further details.
