I know that your post is 2 months old and you’re long gone. But this same thing happened to me. I fixed it by typing into fastboot “fastboot -w”

Which wipes the device.

I then put Supersu in the device through usb on the computer.
Went into bootloader. fastbooted CWM
Installed SuperSu from SD and rebooted, all within 5 minutes.

Hope this helps someone.

I followed these steps and unlocking the bootloader was easy as pie… but now it won’t boot past the nexus ‘X’ loader. I tried locking it again but it’s the same problem. Dang it. Any thoughts?
