We all like games no matter how old we are and mobile games nowadays are becoming better and better in terms of functionality and graphics. Gameloft seems to be at the top of the food chain in the mobile gaming industry and during this year’s financial report, the guys at Gameloft announced a few titles that will be released later this year: The Dark Knight Rises, Ice Age, The Avengers, Men In Black 3, The Amazing Spider-Man, My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop.
Besides the line of upcoming games, Gameloft promised that the freemium reign will continue, but most of the games will come with in-app purchases and if you don’t know what those are, think of them as mini DLCs where if you want to advance further in the game or if you want a specific item you’ll have to pay for it and things like that, you get the point.
Gameloft will also integrate the social factor (Twitter, Facebook) to their new games where players will post their high-scores which will add an addictive taste to some of the games.
Some of you don’t like the in-app purchases concept, but I like it because it comes with free games, call me cheap, but that’s the way most people think.
