Also to make sure you don’t lose your current firmware and data if the update fails, do a full backup from ClockworkMod recovery.

But it did not work, it still did the reboot loop… So i had to go back to the fully stock froyo…
I think this program is missing some key software…
All there is, is 1 file to upgrade to ics?

If you are stuck in download mode and cannot enter in normal mode just take the battery out and wait a few minutes then put it back.

I have it in download mode right now, because it constantly reboots, and i cannot get it into recovery mode…

It’s not a custom ROM; its purpose is to offer you a lot more control on your device. With a custom recovery you can install official and unofficial ROMs, apps, kernels, etc. If you don’t know how to install ClockworkMod Recovery, we will come (in the coming days) with a tutorial from where you can learn what to do.
