I figured it out. follow these steps

1. go to http://theunlockr.com/2012/12/18/how-to-install-clockworkmod-recovery-on-the-samsung-galaxy-ace-s5830/ then transfer this zip file via card reader to the sd card as your phone wont bootup.

2. long hold press home button+power button then select update and then select clockwordmodace.zip install it.
3. reboot your phone.
4. Then follow the same procedure of installation of jelly bean 4.1.
