In other 4.1.1 jelly bean, I can take a picture when i recording a video, but in this updade I dont know how to take a picture when im recording. The Samsung removed the funcionality?

Please do some action about this issue of the update of 4.1.2 for s3 because i also encounter a long time charging of my unit it took 3 to 4 hours of charging.
