Hi! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8010. I did this update with the above instructions it works well. But when I connect the tablet to the computer via kies, I got the message that your device doesn’t accept firmware upgrade via kies! Why? And I don’t see the Air View capabilities like it was in the presentation. Is there any reasons for that? Please help! (sorry for bad english)

Anymore feedback? Also if I apply this update will my device still work with kies for future updates?

I updated the OS to 4.1.1 without problems with the above instructions. Did not loose any setting etc and had not problem

However, there were some differences to what I saw and what the instructions above mentioned
To go to download more you need to press vol and power key and then vol . system then stat displaying “downloading .. do not turnoff the target unit”
a) I did not get a yellow colour but was blue in step 9
b) did not get a PASS massage till the unit restated after OS upgrade.
The whole process took not more than 10min but downloading the files took lot more time

In the guide it says “If Odin gets stuck and you can’t complete the tutorial, all you need to do is to close Odin, disconnect the tablet and turn it off. Then remove the battery, re-insert it and repeat all the steps from the beginning.” but there is no removable battery in Note 10.1 as I know it. Is this a copy of instructions written to another model? Has someone done this. Any other known problems?
