If you happen to own an HTC One form Verizon, we have good news for you as the Android 4.3 update will be rolled out in the next few days. According to one of the company’s officials the HTC One Android 4.3 update should roll out at Verizon early this week.
The information comes from HTC Product Management Director @Moversi who announced on Twitter that “we [HTC] have received Technical Approval from Verizon on the 4.3 MR” and that the software update is expected to roll out for the HTC One “early next week.” The announcement was made on Friday, therefore you should keep your eyes on the notifications to see whether the system update message pops out.
About a month and a half ago the HTC America President Jason Mackenzie said that the company needs “more time” to re-test the Android 4.3 update for Verizon HTC One.
Aside of the Android 4.3-specific features, the new software update for the Verizon HTC One should arrive with Sense 5.0, performance improvements, and bug fixes. We’ll know more about the Android 4.3 update for Verizon HTC One after the US carrier updates its support page.
