With reports indicating that the White LG G2 will debut at Verizon this Thursday, the infamous leaker @evleaks has just tweeted an alleged press photo of the aforementioned model. As usual, the @evleaks’ tweet is brief in information, so you won’t find any details regarding its price, nor a confirmation for its Thursday debut.
Last weekend, Big Red had a promotional sale for the LG G2 which was priced $49.99. Unfortunately, the deal expired on Monday and the LG flagship now costs $149.99 at the US carrier, which is still $50 less than the initial price tag of $199.99. Since there is no difference between the white and the black G2 you shouldn’t be too surprised to hear that they will have the same price, too.
That’s it for now about the White LG G2, but we will return with fresh news in a couple of days when the smartphone will reportedly make its way into Verizon’s portfolio.
Because it would be a shame to talk about the LG G2 and not mention anything about its technical specifications, hear that the Android 4.2.2-powered handset packs a 1080p 5.2-inch True HD-IPS + LCD screen, 2 GB RAM, 16/32 GB storage, 13 MP rear-facing camera with OIS (optical image stabilization), and a quad-core 2.26 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor.
In terms of connectivity the LG G2 comes with 4G LTE, NFC, IR blaster, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, and microUSB 2.0, all these being powered by a non-removable Li-Po 3,000 mAh battery.
Will you get the white LG G2 from Verizon as soon as it’s made available for purchase, or you already bought the black variant while it was on sale over the weekend?
