ZTE has announced a lot of low and mid range smartphones last year and it seems that the manufacturer is going to have a good start for 2013. The manufacturer will launch a new device and it seems that the official announcement will come at MWC in February. ZTE has decided to tease the audience with the new device before launch.
Grand ZTE Memo is the latest Android smartphone of the manufacturer and is expected to be announced next month at MWC. The configuration is characterized by powerful hardware components, but the main attraction has to be the 5.7-inch screen with HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone was unveiled in premiere today at a ZTE event in Hong Kong , along with some specifications and details.
The new ZTE smartphone will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, clocked at 1.7 GHz.
The body case is only 8mm thick, although the actual dimensions of the device will be nothing less than huge.
Grand Memo has a 13 MP camera on the back and Jelly Bean Android 4.1.2 out of the box. It is expected to come up with enough on-board storage with microSD card slot dedicated to expanding. ZTE can also provide support for LTE networks with this model. An official announcement is expected next month at MWC 2013 in Barcelona, where the model we will be present.
