In March 2015, at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the folks at Lenovo officially introduced the Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70. The tablet is available with Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi+LTE connectivity and it was released on the market in April 2015.
Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 is 247 mm tall, 171 mm wide, and 8.9 mm thin, while weighing in at 509 grams. It arrives with an IPS LCD screen sized 10.1 inches diagonally with Full HD resolution and a pixel density of 218 ppi.
The slate is running Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box and it’s upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. While the LTE model is powered by a Mediatek MT8732 SoC, the WiF model has a Mediatek MT8165 SoC. Both processing units are based on four cores clocked at 1.5 GHz.
Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 arrives with 2 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, and has support for microSD cards up to 64 GB. On the back panel there’s an 8 MP camera with autofocus and geo-tagging, while the front panel accommodates a 5 MP sensor. The tablet is kept alive by a 7,000 mAh battery that promises up to 15 hours and 30 minutes of multimedia playback and it’s available in Pearl White and Midnight Blue body colors.
