Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime was introduced by the South Korean company in September 2014 and it was released on the market the next month. The handset is also available with dual SIM card support.
Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime is 144.8 mm tall, 72.1 mm wide, and 8.6 mm. It has a weight of 156 grams, while sporting a 5.0-inch TFT display with 540 x 960 pixels and a pixel density of about 220 ppi. It comes pre-loaded with Android 4.4.4 KitKat customized with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI and it’s powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU.
The handset also integrates 8 GB of internal storage, it has microSD support up to 64 GB, and 1 GB of RAM. On the back there’s an 8 MP camera with autofocus, LED flash, and full HD video recording support. Grand Prime features a 5 MP front-facing camera for your selfie needs.
Galaxy Grand Prime has connectivity features such as 4G LTE, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC, FM radio, and microUSB 2.0. It’s kept alive by a 2,600 mAh battery that promises up to 75 hours of music playback.
